Our programs are low budget so that a very small tax fee of 1.5% applies.

Sure. We’d need full name and valid email address of the second rider as well.
Though. I highly suggest to go make bookings for the next available in August while you stay on the 5/23/ waiting list.

I guess you meant 5/23/. Sure, done, but I would recommend to grab a spot for August because this waiting list is huge.
