Between each classroom lecture – all of which were detailed and interactive- there was plenty of track time for practicing the skills being introduced.
Coach is not interested in a discussion, argument, or excuses from you unless you are Rossi or Marquez.
I put your clear unambiguous messages and practice sessions to work right away. Especially the part about facing demons.
